I have the heart to nurture, engage and support people through their emotions and life experiences. I also have an eye for insight that helps me to develop others while encouraging growth. This highlights who I am as both a therapist, as well as a clinical director. I believe that development is collaborative. With holistic health in mind, I use my skills to close any gaps with the facilitation of services to clients. It is my hope that both clients and clinicians should walk away from sessions with clarity within themselves, feeling supported, lighter, and looking forward to continual development.
I hold a BA in Psychology, MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, and am currently completing my Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. What can I say? I like to keep busy.
My current favorite song is September by James Arthur, but pretty much any genre I can find something I can sing along to.
